SUMMIT REALTY has had over 
50 years of experience in the
commercial real estate industry. 

We are a full service commercial real estate office and have sold, leased, acquired, developed and managed primarily in Florida, but also in the Southeast and Midwest.

Our team leases and manages properties to maximize our client’s property values. In addition, there is an emphasis on sales and acquisitions at the firm.

SUMMIT REALTY focuses on assisting local tenants in finding suitable locations for their businesses, whether it is an expansion, relocation or a downsizing.

After growing our manufacturing business for 19 years in the same location we were overdo for an expansion. We turned to Summit Realty to assist us in our search for a new facility.
